By accessing or using the Fiscal Founders Society platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and promptly update any changes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. All questions and answers must be relevant to finance, entrepreneurship, or the Fiscal Founders community.
4. Intellectual Property
Content you post remains yours, but you grant Fiscal Founders Society a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform. The FFS brand, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property.
5. Community Guidelines
Members are expected to engage respectfully, provide constructive feedback, and uphold the professional standards of our community. Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fiscal Founders Society is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for extended periods, with reasonable notice when possible.
